Members competed in six events: bench press, crucifix hold, harnessed truck pull, and a 3 event melody of a tire flip, farmer carry, and hand over hand sled pull. The competition was divided into four weight classes: Cruiser weight (100-135lbs), Light weight (136-175lbs), Middle Weight (176-215lbs), and Heavy Weight (216-up). King William competed against Essex, W&L, and Colonial Beach. Dean Taylor, RCC's student activities coordinator, has planned meetings to answer questions, measure student interest, and gauge community support for these teams on June 17 (Room 172, Glenns Campus) and June 18 (Warsaw Campus lecture hall). Both meetings are at noon. Current students and new students who have an interest in either sport are encouraged to attend.
