    <description> KING WILLIAM &amp;ndash; On June 5th former and present members of the King William High School football team competed in the National Guard Strongman Competition at Washington Lee High School in Montross, Va. Members competed in six events: bench press, crucifix hold, harnessed truck pull, and a 3 event melody of a tire flip, farmer carry, and hand over hand sled pull. The competition was divided into four weight classes: Cruiser weight (100-135lbs), Light weight (136-175lbs), Middle Weight (176-215lbs), and Heavy Weight (216-up).     <description> KING WILLIAM - On May 10, members of the King William High School football team competed in the Dinwiddie Powerlifting Invitational. Schools that were represented were all AAA schools (Dinwiddie H.S., Grassfield H.S., and Prince George H.S.) and King William was the only A school in attendance. The teams competed in bench press, power cleans, and squats, and were placed in weight classes so they would compete with those who weighed close to them.
