NEWPORT NEWS – The Rev. Lawrence Willis, pastor of Carver Memorial Presbyterian Church, and his wife, Barbara, are among a delegation to the Democratic Republic of Congo through Monday.
The 28-member delegation is from the Presbytery of Eastern Virginia.
The presbytery has a mission in the Congo.
