Tickets to Neil Diamond’s June concert at Scope are going fast. Lines began forming early Monday when the $17.50 and $15 tickets went on sale at the Scope box office and E-Z Tiks outlets, including Mother’s Record and Tape Co. at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News. Diamond, one of the most prolific songwriters of the past 25 years, will appear at 8 p.m. on June 9 at Scope, Brambleton Avenue and St. Paul Boulevard. The singer recently released a new LP, “The Best Years of Our Lives.”
