Adam Casagrande, an attorney at Williams Mullen with more than 15 years experience, has moved to ADS Inc. to become general counsel and executive vice president.
Casagrande brings an extensive background in government contracting and complex business litigation to the defense and government contractor, according to a news release. While at Williams Mullen, Casagrande served as managing partner for Hampton Roads, vice president of the firm and a member of the board of directors.
Casagrande is also a commissioner of the Norfolk Hospital Authority and a board member for various organizations including TowneBank, the Virginia Zoological Society and the Greater Norfolk Corp.
