    <description> NEW KENT &amp;ndash; During an inspection of the bridge at the Chickahominy River on Rte 618/Adkins Road (at the New Kent/Charles City County line), deterioration of the deck slabs were found.   
  T  he Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) reports that the bridge will be closed until further notice.
