Man charged in connection with pit bull attack in King William County

KING WILLIAM – The King William Sheriff’s Office Animal Control has charged Ollie M. Carroll, Jr. in connection to the dog attack of two children in the Oak Springs Subdivision on Sunday.  Carroll has been charged with allowing a dog to run at large and having a nuisance dog.
