NEW KENT – A New York man will face trial after violating a protective order.
Jeffrey David Ross, 31, twice violated a 2012 protective order against him in February. Following the violations, Ross was arrested and transferred to Henrico Jail East.
Ross's case was continued Monday in New Kent County Circuit Court.
Attorney Jason Anthony will represent Ross in Circuit Court on October 21 at 1 p.m., for case status and bond reviews, and to set a trial date.
Ross was originally charged with two counts of malicious wounding in New Kent County on April 20, 2012, following a domestic disturbance between Ross and another individual.
