Police say a fourth suspect is still being sought.
According to the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office, Demetrius Page, 22, of Gloucester; Karim Paige, 19, of Middlesex; and Anthony Frazier, 22, of King and Queen, have been charged with malicious wounding, street gang participation in a predicate criminal act, and first-degree murder.
The three are currently being held at the Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center in Saluda with no bond. They have a court appearance set for July 9 in Middlesex County General District Court.
According to Middlesex County Sheriff David Bushey, deputies responded to a call of shots being fired during a party at a residence in the Waterview area of Middlesex around 2 a.m. on July 5.
Bushey said when deputies arrived two people were found shot.
Raheem Trevon Williams, 20, of Gloucester, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Special agents from the state police and FBI continue to investigate and search for a fourth person.
"There were over 100 people at that party," Bushey said in a phone interview Sunday. "We know there is more information that we still need to have."
