Charges of robbery and using a gun in a robbery were dropped Thursday against 22-year-old Anthony Dale Parrish because of insufficient evidence, said York County Commonwealth’s Attorney Merlin M. Renne.
Parrish, no permanent address available, had been charged with the Sept. 29 robbery at the Texaco station at 722 Merrimac Trail in the county.
David Lee Green, 33, of the 100 block of Brook Lane in Grafton, pleaded guilty Tuesday in York Circuit Court to possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute it as an accommodation. He could receive up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced June 30.
Green was arrested after 2.93 grams of cocaine were found during a State Police raid of his home June 10.
