Loose standards for window blinds lead to strangulation risk for children

Brandyn Coppedge was alone in the living room for only a few minutes while his brother Rogan, 21, went into the bathroom. When Rogan returned, 3-year-old Brandyn was hanging from a cord on the window blinds.
