KING WILLIAM — On Dec. 18 and 19, the State Future Farmers of America (FFA) officer team visited the FFA chapter at King William High School.
The officers met with all agriculture education students during their classes and conducted hands-on activities teaching the members the importance of teamwork, communication skills, and leadership. The officers also spoke to the first year classes about the benefits of the FFA and what members can obtain by joining the FFA.
Members of the officer team who visited were President Mitch Wallace from Nottoway and Vice-President Lexi Holloway from East Rockingham. They enjoyed their visit in King William and were treated to a historical tour of the county and to dinner at Don Pedro's Mexican Restaurant with the chapter officers at King William High School.
