Food, family and faith in Galicia, Spain
PONTEVEDRA, Spain — Galicia, the Atlantic-splashed left shoulder of Spain, grabbed my attention with photos of spectacular scenery and tempting cuisine. But truth be told, I wanted to see something more: the region's Sotomayor Castle, a medieval fortress that bears my surname.
