The Celebrity Mercury,the newest of Celebrity Cruises' Century-class ships, offers 9-night and 12-night cruises from Baltimore. The ship has an impressive list of unique amenities, including a saltwater pool, cigar and champagne bars, tea service, and a midnight buffet where waiters roam the ship carrying trays of gourmet dishes right up to hungry passengers. Though Mercury only has one dining room and a handful of bars and cafes, it has continued appeal for guests who prefer traditional amenities rather than Vegas-style restaurants and nightclubs. Mercury also continues tradition by holding two formal dinners during most cruises.
