How to pair wine
Oh, this recipe sounds so delicious! It would be a treat indeed to pair it with wines, white and red, equally aromatic and juicy of flavor. Shy not from red wines with all-vegetable dishes; many fit, especially if the food has fat (this does) and the wine has tannin (most reds do).
