Pairing wine with seafood

This dish is a quick meal that a Greek fisher-person might whip up between catches, sort of an Aegean turn on a neighboring country's pasta marinara. Crisp Greek white wines would be delicious, of course. (Did you know that two-thirds of all Greek wine is white?)
