KING & QUEEN – The newly formed Parent Tiger Community Fellowship (PTCF) at King and Queen Central High School will be hosting a "Songs of the Season Celebration" on Friday, Dec. 20 at 6 p.m.
The celebration will be held in the school auditorium and will benefit the students and the community.
The goal of the PTCF is to help students regain prides, learn the importance of respect for themselves and others, and to give back to the community in which they live, attend school, worship and play.
Admission will be non-perishable items to be donated to the King and Queen Food Pantry. Donations will also be accepted for the initial funding of the PTCF.
The PTCF encourages all worship choirs to call or email with your interest to participate. There are over 30 places of worship throughout King and Queen County and the students would love to have them all participate. It is hoped the event will become an annual tradition at Central High School.
Call Mr. Monroe at CHS at 804-785-6102, Mrs. Davis at 804-769-4472, or email firstname.lastname@example.org by Dec. 5 to sign up or receive more information.
Central High School students need and deserve the support of their entire community.
These children are the future of King and Queen County and are eager to show their commitments to building pride in their school and performing community service.
Please consider joining the students for this celebration and consider joining the PTCF for needed support throughout the school year. Membership is open to anyone who has a desire to support any student within the King and Queen County school system.
