NEW KENT – Local authors Lavonne Patterson Allen and Camilla Lewis Tramuel of Allen-N-Tramuel Books, will be the featured speakers at the George W. Watkins Alumni and Scholastic Association Annual Meeting and Celebration on Saturday, October 12th.
