Time for new neighbors

Actress Kaley Cuoco, who plays the neighbor of two socially inept physicists on "The Big Bang Theory," has listed her Sherman Oaks home at $949,000.

The gated Spanish-style house was built in 1937 but has been updated. Features include distressed hardwood floors, French doors that open to a covered patio and interior arches between living spaces. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,171 square feet.

Cuoco, 25, has starred on "The Big Bang Theory" since 2007. She was also a regular on the series "Charmed" (2005-06) and "8 Simple Rules" (2002-05). She stars in the just-released Easter Bunny comedy "Hop."

The property previously sold in 2005 for $1,355,000, according to public records.

Taking her 'Dynasty' to Washington

Actress Linda Evans, known for her role as Krystle Carrington on the '80s show "Dynasty," has sold her Beverly Hills Post Office-area home for $2.7 million.

The ranch house, built in 1937, sits on a half-acre behind gates and tall hedges. A main house and a detached guest unit/office have a total of four bedrooms and 51/2 bathrooms in about 3,900 square feet of living space. The grounds include a circular motor court, mature trees, a rose garden and a swimming pool.

Evans, whose series included "The Big Valley" (1965-69), sold because she moved to the state of Washington.

She bought the property in 1981 for $590,000, according to public records.

Cristie St. James and Markus Canter of Prudential California, Beverly Hills, were the listing agents. Jodi Korn Radoff of Sotheby's International Realty, Beverly Hills, represented the buyers .

Elvis and Priscilla's old digs leased

A gated Beverly Hills compound that was once home to Elvis Presley and wife Priscilla has been leased out for $20,000 a month.

The French Regency-style estate, built in 1958, sits on 1.18 acres in the Trousdale Estates area. Recently remodeled, the 5,367-square-foot house has new flooring, a new kitchen and laundry room, and a resurfaced pool and spa. A guesthouse is attached to the four-bedroom, five-bathroom main home.

The property had been listed for lease at $25,000 a month.

Executive has long lived over the waves

Broadcast industry veteran Thomas J. Wilson has listed his Malibu house at $5,495,000.

Called Bella Crest, the rebuilt home overlooks the beach. Its nearly 5,300 square feet include a high-ceilinged living room, a media room, a temperature-controlled wine room, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The master bedroom has a crystal glass fireplace, ocean views and remote-controlled draperies.
