The villa, which sits on nearly an acre of hilltop with canyon and city views, features a gym, a wine cellar and a screening room. Including the guest house, the property has six bedrooms and 61/2 bathrooms. There is a tennis court and a swimming pool.
He purchased the property from two-time Academy Award-winning filmmaker and actor Kevin Costner in 2006 for $11.5 million. Costner had bought the house from Oscar-winning actor Richard Dreyfuss in 1995 for $2.7 million.
