The gated two-story home, built in 1938, features a wood-paneled library, a fireplace in the dining room, an updated kitchen with marble counters, coffered ceilings, three bedrooms, 31/2 bathrooms and 3,085 square feet of living space. There is also a pool and a spa.
Benson, 22, has starred on "Pretty Little Liars" since 2010. She was on "Eastwick" (2009-10) and "Days of Our Lives" (2004-07).
Harris, 33, has been a screenwriter for such action-adventure films as "X2" (2003) and "Superman Returns" (2006). He also wrote and directed "Imaginary Heroes" (2004).
The property previously changed hands in 2005 for $2.075 million.
