Guitarist Dave Navarro of Jane's Addiction and "Ink Master" fame has put his Hollywood loft up for sale at $899,000.
The 1,570-square-foot unit features black glass-beaded wallpaper in the entry, 15-foot ceilings, blackout curtains and views of the Capitol Records building and the Hollywood sign.
"It was one big space," said decorator Heidi Toll, who worked with Navarro to design the loft. So they carved out rooms within the open-plan space by using different finishes and features.

"He was very artistic and into the process," Toll said. "He travels so much he likes simple hotel-like rooms. But obviously we had to fit it to his personality, which is very much a rock star."
A broken-mirror backsplash sets off the sleek kitchen, which has stainless-steel appliances and black-quartz counters. A light fixture in the dining area is made of orbs hung from the ceiling to evoke stars.
Offered in the sale is Navarro's white patent-leather upholstered platform bed, which was custom designed for the room.
The black-walled bathroom has a red ceiling. A large makeup mirror spans the space above the double sinks.
The loft is in the Broadway Hollywood, a former department store built in the late 1920s. The building has a doorman, a 24-hour valet, a fitness center, and a swimming pool with cabanas and a fireplace.
The tattooed rocker, 46, is the host of Spike TV's "Ink Master" competition show and has been part of such musical groups as the on-again/off-again Jane's Addiction, Deconstruction and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
He bought the property in 2007 for $1.04 million, public records show.

Actress ready for seller role
Actress Victoria Tennant has listed her home in Bel-Air for sale at $6.995 million.

Decorated by Kathryn Ireland, the home features a formal dining room, a library, a country kitchen, an office, a downstairs family room, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The master suite includes dual bathrooms, a fireplace and an office or nursery space.
Tennant, 63, has scores of acting credits including the 1994 TV series "Snowy River" and the mini-series "War and Remembrance" (1988-89) and "The Winds of War." She starred in two Steve Martin films, "All of Me" (1984) and "L.A. Story" (1991), and was married to Martin from 1986 to 1994.
Last year she was in the movies "Cold Turkey" and "Louder Than Words." Tennant will be in the romantic comedy "The List" later this year.
