Hollywood Hills house is wall-to-wall Chris Brown

Singer Chris Brown has listed the house in the Hollywood Hills that bore his graffiti-like artwork at $1.92 million.

If would-be buyers are disappointed that his exterior scrawling has been painted over with a coat of drab green, there's still plenty to party about at the property.

Several interior walls in the four-story home are adorned with toothy cartoon characters. (Think Sonic the Hedgehog needs braces.) Stairs and an elevator connect the 3,000 square feet of living space, which includes an art studio, a loft, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

An unusual open-concept bedroom suite features a red stand-alone tub and a glass shower in full view of the sleeping area.

Outdoors, the saltwater pool and spa are illuminated by colored LED lights. There's also a projection screen, stone waterfalls and fire pits.

The Grammy-winning Brown, 24, will release his sixth studio album, "X," next year. Among his popular songs have been "Deuces," "Wall to Wall" and "Kiss Kiss."

Brown's probation in connection with his 2009 conviction for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna was revoked again in mid-December because of his October arrest in Washington.

Brown bought the house, which was built in 2008, two years ago for $1.55 million.

Manuela Villa of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.

Ex-coach to give up his yardage

Recently terminated USC head football coach Lane Kiffin and his wife, Layla, have listed their home in Manhattan Beach at $6.995 million.

The upscale beach city has long been popular with college and professional coaches and athletes, in part because of its proximity to Los Angeles International Airport and professional training facilities. The couple bought the house last year for $5.5 million.

The 7,308-square-foot contemporary Craftsman, built in 2002 and since updated, sits on nearly half an acre at the end of a cul-de-sac. The grounds include a saltwater swimming pool and spa, a fire pit, a guesthouse, an outdoor kitchen, a dog run and mature trees.

Among interior features are vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The three-car garage opens to a gated driveway.

Kiffin, 38, was head coach of the USC Trojans from 2010 until September.

Bryn Stroyke of Stroyke Properties is the listing agent.

Sale is goal in Thousand Oaks

Ice hockey great Wayne Gretzky has listed a town house in Thousand Oaks for sale at $1.899 million.

Yes, 99 does happen to be his jersey number, which was retired throughout the National Hockey League when the center retired in 1999. Coincidence — or a lucky number, perhaps?

Set behind the gates of the Sherwood Country Club, the 3,758-square-foot unit has two fireplaces, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are two patios and a balcony. The cul-de-sac location has lake, mountain and valley views.
