Actress Drew Barrymore and her husband, art consultant William Kopelman, have sold the Montecito estate where they were wed for $6.35 million.
The 1937 traditional-style house sits on more than two acres with mature trees, an expansive lawn and a cupola-topped guesthouse. A gravel motor court leads to the brick entry terrace of the 6,258-square-foot house. Features include a wood-floored foyer, a paneled living room, a library-study, six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.
Barrymore, 38, gained recognition for her role as Gertie in "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial" in 1982. She'll star next year in "The Familymoon" with Adam Sandler. Among her credits are "Big Miracle" (2012), "He's Just Not That Into You" (2009) and the "Charlie's Angels" films (2000 and 2003).

Two Ways to go in Tarzana
Gerard Way, lead singer-songwriter for My Chemical Romance, and his wife, Lyn-Z, bass player for Mindless Self Indulgence, put their Tarzana home on the market at $1.899 million and in less than two weeks they were in escrow.
The Tudor-style home, built in 1980, features leaded glass windows, vaulted beamed ceilings and half-timbered exteriors. The 4,803 square feet of interior space includes a formal entry, an office, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The lot, which stretches more than half an acre, has a swimming pool with a spa and an outdoor barbecue area.
Way, 36, co-founded My Chemical Romance in 2001. The alt-rock band disbanded this year. He also is a comic book writer.
His brother, Mike Way, bassist for My Chemical Romance, also listed his Tarzana home for sale at $1.489 million. The 3,915-square-foot house, built in 1956, features high ceilings, a wet bar, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It too has a swimming pool and barbecue area, as well as an orchard and a fire pit.
Gwen Banta of Sotheby's International Realty has both listings.
Elton John's old condo is back
Developer Brendan Deschamps bought Elton John's condos in West Hollywood last year, and now one of them is back on the market.
Deschamps bought the two units in Sierra Towers for $4.65 million and has listed the larger condo at $3.995 million.
The one-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence, which encompasses 1,831 square feet, has been updated and is being offered furnished. The artwork is new, but the majority of furnishings, including knickknacks, tables and rugs, belonged to the singer-songwriter-composer. There are panoramic views of the city from the rooms and balcony.
The building has 24-hour security, a doorman, an outdoor pool and a gym.
John, 66, has won multiple Grammy Awards and shares an Oscar for "The Lion King" song "Can You Feel the Love Tonight." Among his hits are "Candle in the Wind," "Rocket Man" and "Don't Go Breaking My Heart."
The smaller of the units, with one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms and 1,151 square feet of living space, sold in early September for $1.7 million.
Gregory Yeardye and Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates are the listing agents.
