Actor Ryan Reynolds has listed for sale the Los Feliz hills house he bought with his then-wife, actress Scarlett Johansson, in 2010.

Priced at $3.65 million, the 1969 Buff & Hensman-designed Wong House has walls of glass that capture views of downtown Los Angeles and the ocean. The turn-key house has been restored, and Reynolds added solar upgrades and high-tech bells and whistles.

The master suite opens to a walled garden. There are two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,835 square feet of living space. Two rooms originally used as bedrooms in the post-and-beam house were converted to a family room. It remains to be seen whether the star power of the house will make up for the missing bedrooms.

The nearly half-acre site features a lawn, a deck and saltwater swimming pool. Along the property line sit overflowing pot fountains intended to block or muffle voices.

Reynolds, 35, and Johansson, 27, were divorced last year after three years of marriage.

He stars with Denzel Washington in the recently released film"Safe House." Last year, Reynolds starred in"Green Lantern" and"The Change-Up."

Johansson starred in"We Bought a Zoo"(2011) and played Natasha Romanoff in the sci-fi adventure"Iron Man 2"(2010). She will star this year in "Under the Skin" and "The Avengers."

The then-married couple purchased the property for $2.9 million. The sales price of roughly $1,000 a square foot was considered high for the area at the time, according to local real estate agents.

Downtown penthouse has star appeal

Actor-director-producer Vincent Gallo has listed his penthouse in downtown L.A. for sale at $2.599 million.

Once leased to actor Nicolas Cage, the four-level loft has an open floor plan, exposed brick walls, floating-style staircases, inch-thick maple floors and an in-unit elevator. There are two bedrooms and 21/2 bathrooms in the 4,300-square-foot space. Three outdoor and rooftop living areas, including a movie theater, have city views and add 3,100 square feet of space.

The penthouse sits atop what was once the West Coast headquarters of the National Biscuit Co. The seven-story factory was built in 1925. Linear City renovated the former Nabisco Bakery in 2007 into 104 live-work lofts. The complex is a Los Angeles Historical-Cultural Monument, which allows for reduced property taxes under the Mills Act. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, a 75-foot-long saline swimming pool and a gym.

Gallo, 50, is also a singer and songwriter. He starred in such independent films as "Essential Killing" (2010) and"Tetro"(2009) and will star in the upcoming movie "The Legend of Kaspar Hauser."

Public records show Gallo bought the property in 2009 for $2.34 million.

Frank Bruno of Keller Williams Realty in the Hollywood Hills is the listing agent.

Former Dodger finds new home base

Retired professional baseball player Eric Davis and his wife, Sherrie, have listed their home in Calabasas at $2.195 million.

The Mediterranean-style house, built in 1994, sits on about half an acre with a swimming pool and spa, barbecue pavilion, half basketball court and stretches of lawn. The 7,239-square-foot home features a marble-floored entry, a wrought-iron staircase, a media room with a wet bar, an office, four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Davis, 49, played for the Dodgers in the early '90s and ended his playing career with the San Francisco Giants in 2001. The former center fielder now works for the front office of the Cincinnati Reds, where he played from 1984 to 1991. He was inducted into the Reds Hall of Fame in 2005.
