Boris: Japan’s mightiest metal trio remains ridiculously prolific, releasing two albums simultaneously earlier this year, “Attention Please” and “Heavy Rocks,” with two more reportedly on the way. “Attention Please” focuses on vocal-oriented accessibility and seductive atmospherics, while the more menacing “Heavy Rocks” makes strides in honing the band’s sledgehammer power, 8 p.m. Wednesday at Metro, 3730 N.
