Ask most movie buffs what's the highest-grossing movie of all time, and they'll probably guess "Avatar," the blockbuster whose $760-million box office performance in 2009 was record-setting. However, if box-office dollars are adjusted for inflation and represented in real terms, "Avatar" isn't even in the top 10. (It's No. 14).
