Wealthy neighborhoods: All the wrought-iron fencing, alarm systems and police in the world won't help when the outbreak hits.
Lakefront: Every body dumped there, back to the days of Capone, is going to be dragging concrete shoes to the surface.
Major highways and rail lines: Hopelessly clogged.
Chicago River: Sail out to deep water or downriver to escape the city.
Close-knit neighborhoods: Where community institutions are strong, people will help one another.
Graveyards: Seriously? You would try this?
