Huey Lewis and the News and Joe Cocker
If you think a concert with Huey Lewis and the News and Joe Cocker will have a crowd in tight, colorful pants and Ray-Bans, you are correct. But the fans that are "Hip to Be Square" in these '80s accessories aren't the old-schoolers. Lewis said in a recent interview he is seeing a younger generation of fans on the tour, thanks to exposure through social media (although Lewis is not the tweeter of the group). And we don't mind the kids trending nostalgic to take in some of the legendary music of Joe Cocker, whose gritty rock and blues music has been around since the '60s.
Why go: The '80s will forever be engraved on your heart.
Reconsider: You get nervous watching Cocker sing with his peculiar facial exaggerations and arm movements.
