Advertising copy is accepted subject to the approval of
The Daily Press. Bargain rates are subject to certain
conditions and may not always apply. We accept only standard
abbreviations and will spell out abbreviations which are not
understandable; additional charges will be included in the
billing if necessary. We reserve the right to edit, reject or
classify advertisements in appropriate classifications. The
Daily Press shall be under no liability for its failure for
any cause to insert an advertisement. Credit for errors shall
not exceed the cost of that portion of space occupied by such
errors. The Daily Press’ liability for errors on multiple
insertions will not extend beyond the first day the ad is
published. Claims for adjustments must be made within 7 days
of publication.
